I chose my vehicle make, model and year. Bmw 1 series 2015. I picked the alloys I liked. I then received an email advising they would be delivered within 5 working days. 5 workings passed and no alloys arrived. I then phoned wheelbase alloys who advised the alloys would sent directly from the supplier as they would ensure the alloys would fit specifically to my vehicle. I finally was given a date which the alloys would be delivered, i took the day off work, i then received the alloys, took them to the garage who advised they would not fit my car. They advised the standard alloys on the vehicle were 18” 7.5 and the alloys purchased from wheelbase alloys were 18” 8.5 which are too wide and would rub against the the shock absorbers. The only similar alloys i can find which are the correct size of 7.5 are almost double the price.
Extremely unhappy as the has been such and inconvenience and may now incur additional costs.
I am waiting to hear back from wheelbase to find out if they are willing to send the replacement alloys or my money back. I will update this once they have responded.
However be cautious when choosing your alloys as not all the advertised options will fit your car. You will need to find out the width of your current alloys to ensure they fit.
Very pleased with the service I received, very good choice of wheels and tyres, prompt service and delivery, well packed and received with no damage, tyres fitted and balanced with no excess of soap, Great job by all involved

The Alloys I chose had to be imported from Germany, they did this at no extra cost to myself.
